An Unlikely Olympian

The recent economic downturn has sent cash-strapped Americans looking for advice for making their dollar go a little farther.  My mother was telling me the other day about a list of tips for hard times that she found in a magazine.  The list advised things like consolidating errands to save gas money, clipping coupons, buying store brand products, fixing clothes and appliances instead of buying new ones, and eating seasonal foods.  Continued
